Having the minimum impact, the designers of X-architecture embraced the olive grove and the cypress trees that the plot was offering. In combination with the breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea the design team of X Architecture added the structure acting as chefs who add the spices and the herbs to turn something already excellent into something amazing.
3 master bedrooms, open plan kitchen in a massive overall living room area with jaw dropping views create an overall canvas that touches excellence. The hidden gem is the entirely independent guest house nested harmoniously within the lavish 300 year old olive trees. BUSINESS MODEL & NUMBERS
With the overall detailed and sophisticated knowledge, we have of Corfu island and its market, this project is the epitome of pleasure and investment. It combines both of these aspects excellent due to its magnificent location and the overall dynamics of the market and the needs that its potential buyers have (pampering during vacations in an exquisite environment, excellent profits on resale values and great annual returns on seasonal rental yields).
The expected profit when someone resales such property is ranging from 40% - 75% (when completed). As we speak, the estimated selling prices are from 4,500 €/sqm - 6,500 €/sqm for sea view villas. That number significantly increases the closer to the seawater the project is.
